You have lots of parking spaces in the underground public parking and the boulevard itself is perfect for an after dinner stroll, to burn out some of those "delicious calories" from Loka. Emil Dumitru is worthy of the name "Chef". They convinced me to become a regular even in a gourmet heaven like Bucharest, where unique/fancy/"must try" restaurants can be found almost everywhere.
